Agreement/Policy

1. I will sign the online waivers sent to me in the confirmation email.

2. I will read the "Know Before You Go" document for essential trip information in the confirmation email.

3. If I need to cancel my one-day trip, I must notify Ocean Safari at least 10 days in advance (20 days prior for two-day trips) for a FULL refund. Otherwise, refunds will not be issued unless a replacement is found.

4. It is my responsibility to carry my own or rented gear onto the boat once at the harbor (at the specified dock/boat meeting time), and to bring them back up to Ocean Safari vehicles upon return.

5. Destinations are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions and/or military exercise.

6. As a courtesy, please bring a full tank on board for all local trips

7. Reservations are secured with payment on first come, first served basis.

8. If satisfied with boat crew service, I agree to pay a tip (minimum 10% of the trip fee) to the boat crew (which Ocean Safari will collect, NOT for Ocean Safari staff). If dissatisfied, I understand I should voice my concerns to Ocean Safari staff to relay to the crew.
